The district offers a full range of both extracurricular and technology courses. Our goal is to continue to enhance the offerings that are available to our students in order to prepare them for life outside of school, whether that preparation is for the Texas workforce or for higher educational pursuits.
Finally, I would like to continue to encourage each parent to become involved in their child's education. There continue to be many changes in the Texas educational system. I would like to encourage every parent to know what is going on in their child's classroom. Ask questions of your child about what they are learning in class. Don't be satisfied with "nothing". Have a genuine interest in your child's education. Working together as partners with your child's teachers, every child can be successful. Not all children learn in the same way, or at the same rate, but all children can be successful.
